Frequently Asked Questions
It means a quick and simple way to arrange your insurance cover. If you get a quote and decide to arrange insurance and pay for your policy premium on this website by Credit Card your policy documents will be sent to you immediately as downloadable PDFs. From that moment, your policy is live and you are covered.
Insurers don’t send any paper documents unless requested to do so by you but you can print out all policy documents you are sent and retain as a backup.
Alternatively, if you wish to accept the Quote but do not wish to use a Credit Card to pay the policy premium you will be issued with an Invoice and as soon as that Invoice has been settled in full you will be sent a link to the email address you used to obtain the Quote and this will enable you to obtain your policy documents immediately as downloadable PDFs. From that moment, your policy is live and you are covered.

The Employers’ Liability cover can be arranged along with Public Liability insurance. Public Liability insurance is not a legal requirement to arrange but does provide important protection to your business (for example, if you visit clients' premises, or they visit you, or if you deal with the public) should someone claim that you (or one of your employees) caused them injury or damaged their property.
