In this transaction we facilitate the placing on cover on line with CFC Underwriting Ltd (the Insurance Company) through our website. There are no other parties involved in this transaction you are dealing directly with the risk carriers.
As part of that transaction the policy document, schedule and summary of cover are provided to you via the download by the Insurance Company.
You may contact us at any time for further explanation or clarification of any part of the On Line process or policy cover.
As explained in the Terms of Business we do not advise you in respect of this contract on price or suitability of cover nor are we making a recommendation to you.
However, within the parameters of acceptance, the cover does meet the Demands and Needs of the sections you have selected.
If you cannot complete the on line transaction because you do not meet the acceptance criteria you may contact us for an alternative quotation at which time we will issue you with new Terms of Business and Rights to Information.
You pay the premium on line direct to the insurance company via a secure site. We do not hold any part of your money at any time. Any premium returns or claim payments will be sent to you direct from CFC Underwriting Ltd.
We earn income from the insurance company in return for providing this facility. You are entitled to request details of our earnings and we will supply these to you for your insurance contracts on request. |
